Billing and plans
For owners and whoever pays the bills
Last updated: August 10, 2026
Pricing is by how much stone you carry, never by how many people use it. Adding the new guy costs nothing, on every plan.
This covers what the tiers include, what the limit actually counts, and how to keep invoices going to the right person.
What the limit counts
Your plan sets how many ACTIVE pieces you carry: available and on hold. Sold pieces do not count against it, and neither does anything archived.
That matters because it means selling well never pushes you into a bigger plan. Only holding more stone does.
- Shop: up to 150 active pieces.
- Yard: up to 400, plus customer selections, the shop network, and the colours, edges and sinks pages.
- Quarry: unlimited within reason, plus a feed your own website can pull from.
Note
You are warned as you approach the limit rather than blocked at it. Nothing is deleted and nothing stops working.
Where the invoices go
Your bookkeeper does not need a login. There is a separate billing contact so invoices and receipts go straight to whoever pays them.
Step 1. Open Settings and find Billing.
Step 2. Set the billing contact to the address that should receive invoices.
- An accounts address like invoices@ is usually better than a person's, because it survives holidays and people leaving.
- Result: Every future invoice and receipt goes there.
Tip
Do this before your first payment. The contact is set when your billing record is created, so filling it in afterwards is more work than filling it in first.
Changing a card or a plan
Step 3. In Settings, under Billing, select the button that opens your billing portal.
- Result: A secure page opens where you can change the card, see past invoices, and download receipts.
Caution
If a payment fails you keep working. Nothing is switched off the moment a card expires, because a billing problem should not stop a shop selling stone. You will be emailed, and the portal is where you fix it.
